What sizes do your banners come in?

We only do the one size banner: 1200mm X 328mm (approx. 4ft X 1ft)

What material is your banners printed on?

It is printed on Oki 250gsm anti-tear poster paper, so it is not suitable for outdoor use

Do you deliver?

Yes we do

What is the cost of postage?

It is 5 euro per order no matter how many banners you order

Can I see the finished design before I pay?

This is not possible unfortunately, you need to upload your photos and all the details for the banner design first when ordering. We will then design your very own personalised banner for you and email you a proof of it before it is printed

If I am not happy with the proof that I am sent, can I change it?

Yes of course, your banner wont be printed until you are happy with it

I like the layout of the banner but want it in a different colour?

Yes that is no problem, just fill in the colour required when ordering and we will change that for you

I like banner "21st Birthday Party Banner 5" but would want it for a 30th birthday if possible?

Yes that is fine as you can order any banner layout for any birthday, just let us know whats required when ordering

I cant upload my photos as it says that my photos are too large and to contact you guys?

If your photos are too large to upload then just simply place the order without any photos. Then when you receive your order confirmation email from us just simply reply to it with your photos attached. And we will sort it from there for you.

I dont have a PayPal account?

Just choose the “Stripe” option instead of “Paypal” when checking out to use your debit/credit card. Or alternatively you can always check out with Paypal without an account with them also, just enter your card details instead of logging in to a Paypal account.
