We recently celebrated my daughter's 18th Birthday. Left it late to order the 2 banners. I uploaded photos for 1st banner but photos would not load for 2nd banner - file too large. David was most helpful in rectifying issue for me. He emailed proof and once approved I had them within 2 days. Highly recommended, great quality and definition. Will definitely use again
